Document Control Coordinator

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
Responsible for accurate review documentation from PLM (Product Life-cycle Management) System - Master Control. Assist project team in the review of spreadsheet information and documents to confirm accuracy and completeness. Helps correct any issues with information integrity and reports out results to a project team.
Supports a project team in the review of recorded data from Master Control into spreadsheets.
Helps identify inaccuracies or incompleteness of required information and corrects the data.
Reports out results back to a project team as well as any issues with data integrity identified.
Review records from Master Control System and enter data into spreadsheets as well as identify information that needs to be corrected.
As necessary, perform functions of system administrator in document control system (Master Control) to correct records.
Able to work independently with an assigned task list and provide feedback to manager.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Must be detail-oriented.
