Site Location: FishHawk
Work Schedule (Shift Work): M-F; 8-5 with some holiday and weekend coverage to support in-season on-call. 
Schedule Specifics: 9 months 

iMPact Business Group is looking for a Distribution Coordinator for our client in Lithia, FL for a 9-month contract opportunity.  The ideal candidate should be local to the area and mandatory onsite responsibilities will be required. 
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm

Description of Assignment:

The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for assigned warehouse facilities; manages and monitors vendor relationships, contracts, and costs; and acts as a liaison to various Mosaic teams. In addition, this person will ensure process compliance and alignment with all Mosaic policies with a focus on SOX and internal and external customer satisfaction.

Manage daily supplier relationship management, tracking, and cost center monitoring. Investigate and resolve issues that arise. Negotiate price, rates, shrink and volume guarantees, terms, etc. Analyze and create proposals for new warehouse agreements and evaluate existing ones to ensure alignment with business objectives to drive profitability Execute agreements with the support of the internal legal team.

Monitor inventories and collaborate with the re-supply, ship-receive, customer service, and inventory accounting teams to assure daily accuracy of inventory at all locations both manual and SAP on site. Track C1/C3 commingled inventories weekly. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that occur. Work with warehouse partners to ensure inbound barges, railcars, and vessels are unloaded timely to reduce demurrage exposure and inventory stock outages. 

Job Requirements

High School/GED
5 yrs+ Experience in wholesale or retail distribution, supply chain fulfillment, customer service, inventory control or transportation
Ability to negotiate warehousing contracts
Basic accounting function i.e. accounts payable
Inventory recordkeeping and reconciliation processes 


Strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, ability to multi-task and prioritize
duties. Good problem-solving skills are a must. Detail oriented. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to manage time

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with SAP 
Background check/drug screening required
