Director of Quality
Responsible for the overall quality management system including; customer compliance, requirements, and delivery of all products to specifications.
Responsible for the continuous review of our QM Systems performance, effectiveness, and compliance.
Must posses should strong technical background coupled with the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization.
Direct overall team of 50+ with 5 direct reports.
Job Requirements
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Quality Managers, Engineers, and NDT personnel.
Ability to lead, develop and mentor your team.
Ability to establish quality teams to manage organizational needs.
Ability to identify quality concerns within all manufacturing areas.
Interface with the customer to ensure understanding of quality requirements.
Implement measures to reduce and eliminate internal and external failures.
Work with Operations to help lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering)
