Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Video Marketing Specialist to create compelling video content that enhances brand awareness, engages audiences, and drives conversions. This role requires a mix of creativity, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making to develop video marketing strategies across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and edit high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and paid advertising.
- Develop video strategies to support brand storytelling, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ensuring best practices for each channel.
- Manage video production from concept to completion, including scripting, shooting, and post-production editing.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to align video content with brand messaging and business goals.
- Utilize motion graphics, animations, and other visual effects to enhance video content.
- Analyze video performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement, conversion rates, and audience insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage video content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2-5 years in video marketing, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Content Strategy: Understanding of storytelling, brand positioning, and audience engagement techniques.
- Social Media Expertise: Experience optimizing video content for various social media platforms.
- Analytics & Optimization: Familiarity with video analytics tools (YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity & Innovation: A strong sense of visual storytelling, creative direction, and digital media trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with animation, motion graphics, or live-streaming video.
- Knowledge of SEO for video content.
- Background in photography or graphic design is a plus.
- Understanding of paid video advertising (YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Hands-on experience with innovative video marketing strategies.

Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
