Job Description

Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for Device Tracking Coordinator for a 12 month + Contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed and detail oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.  

 

Maintain the global Installed Base Tracking System records and ensure compliance with the FDA and other regulatory agencies device tracking requirements. Inside contacts are made at all levels on a regular basis with the US and the International Operations, Sales Support, Departmental In-House, and Service Support Teams. Occasional outside contact with Customers/End Users and Distributors.


 Provides project support, data entry and coordination of special projects to the Quality Systems team. Performs specialized function-related administrative tasks within established guidelines.

 

Hybrid Work - Onsite 3 days weekly

 

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

 

  • Maintain and enter device tracking reports into ISB Tracking System
  • Responsible for tracing US and International Distributors monthly reports
  • Conducts Distributors device inventory verification and prepare monthly reports
  • Supports the Device Tracking System Audit activities
  • Coordinates with In-House departments to assure compliance with corporate device tracking process
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • 3+ years of experience handling large amounts of data where data integrity is critical
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint), SAP, JDE, QAD, eCentral
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • General knowledge of industry practices, techniques and standards, specifically 21CFR820 and ISO13485
  • Organized, efficient, process oriented
  • Ability to work cross-functional and across all levels
  • Works well under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion - professional presentation
