Customer Service Rep

Our client, a manufacturing company here in the Grand Rapids, MI area is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team for a 6+ month contract.
Answer incoming inquiries via phone, fax and e-mail from customers on orders, products, pricing and tracking information
Enter customer orders
Process and resolve customer complaints including entering appropriate information into the system
Investigate shipping discrepancies and shortages, enter information in error log, and issue credits as needed.
Process return requests from customers including issuing Return Material Authorizations and processing required credits.
Train on quality system knowledge including the quality manual, quality policy and applicable procedures and work instructions.
Other tasks and duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Highly prefer some college or Associate Degree
1-3 years Customer Service experience
Excellent Oral and written communication
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Proficient in Excel
