Job Description
- Management of financial reporting
- Monthly consolidation of financial statements
- Refining and reshaping global internal control framework
- Strategic global tax planning and meticulous corporate income tax compliance across all locations, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Primary statutory audits and associated filings for international sites.
- Supervision of Treasury and cash management operations.
- Management in all aspects of M&A accounting.
- Monitoring yearly pension accounting and valuation obligations.
- Managing global compliance efforts
- Directing the company's financial systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 10+ years of finance/accounting experience
- 5+yrs of experience with consolidating financial statements for multiple locations
- 3+yrs of IFRS experience
- CPA
Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
