Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the enhancement of manufacturing processes for improved safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Elevate efficiency through the analysis and reduction of process variation.
- Test and implement new manufacturing methods, collaborating with vendors and training staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Guarantee product and process quality by establishing standards and conducting tests.
- Inform manufacturing decisions by analyzing production costs and requirements to optimize processes.
- Spearhead the introduction of new products, setting goals, training staff, and evaluating outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- Manage engineering projects, surpassing expectations and meeting deadlines.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and achievement, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with a preference for Controls or Electrical specialization.
- At least 5 years of experience in a process manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, preferably Allen Bradley.
- Strong capabilities in statistical analysis.
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and energize teams.
