Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Contracts Administrator for a 6 month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
Plans, directs, controls and manages the activities and staff involved with the negotiation, preparation, monitoring and termination of contracts between the company and customers or suppliers to ensure the fulfillment of all contractual obligations. Communicates with clients on contract terms and manage dispute resolution. Develops contract administration policies, systems, procedures and methods. Manages contracts to ensure that obligations are met in a manner which ensures good customer relations while representing the interests of the company. Advises management of contract commitments, deficiencies, commitments, and performance. Provides interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations. Coordinates pre-award negotiations between company and customer/vendors. Analyzes impact of modifications and revisions and prepare recommendations to management.
Execute NDA s with suppliers as needed
Execute and complete Change control agreement with all suppliers
File Documents in the appropriate share point sites.
Complete Financial and Quality documentations for new suppliers required for projects.
Minimal problem-solving skills to address issues where supplier does not communicate or is not willing to sign agreements.
Associates degree preferred 6 months experience in sourcing related field preferred but not required

o 2. Ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
o 3. Able to write and communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
