Job Description

iMPact Business Group is looking for a Contractor Program Analyst for our client in Lithia, FL for a 3-month contract opportunity.  This is a HYBRID remote opportunity, and the ideal candidate should be local as reporting to the physical location will be required.  
 
Assist with improving and sustaining the contract management team which includes the development and program continuous improvement efforts. This role will work across functional groups to identify cross-functional collaboration opportunities. Accountable for monitoring the overall health performance of the program with the utilization of associated tools and ensuring collaboration with the training department on needs assessment and training.
 
  • Communicating and supporting all updates and changes to the application of tools.
  • Responsible for receiving data from multiple platforms and consolidating it into shareable reports & providing data requested by stakeholders.
  • Supports sites in assessing vendor readiness, scheduling & supporting training, and supporting the onboarding of vendors.
  • Support implementation & change management plans regarding process/policy changes.
  • Analyze data received through multiple platforms & translate it to shareable reports.
  • Vendor lifecycle support.
  • Basic troubleshooting and help desk support.

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
