Job Description

Our client, a global manufacturing company in the Holland area, is actively looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join their team!

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Implement and maintain continuous improvement processes and methodologies
  • Identify areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement in manufacturing operations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects to completion
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to determine the best course of action to improve processes and achieve business goals
  • Develop and implement training programs to promote continuous improvement awareness and skills among employees
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Monitor project progress, measure results and communicate success to management

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
