Commercial Mortgage Administrative Assistant

- Assist in the evaluation of values and risks in commercial mortgage transactions through proficient use of Excel reports.
- Work closely with borrowers to gather necessary information, create and analyze reports, and address transaction-specific risks and strengths.
- Assist in underwriting processes, including the packaging and submission of commercial mortgage loans.
- Provide daily administrative tasks when needed
- Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain organization, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and precision in financial analysis and documentation.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for financial modeling and analysis. Experience with web-based databases, RealNex would be a plus
- Multi-Tasking Abilities: Capacity to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Self-Motivated: Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
