Location: Sarasota, FL (Onsite)

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Claims Field Adjuster Onboarding & Training Manager to join their Sarasota-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the onboarding and professional development of independent field adjusters in the Homeowners Insurance Claims space. This role sits at the intersection of people, performance, and process-ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable training frameworks, improving claims handling outcomes, and fostering a high-performance culture.
You'll take ownership of designing and executing a seamless onboarding experience, while also developing field-ready adjusters who consistently exceed KPIs and uphold exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for independent field adjusters, ensuring timely and effective ramp-up.
- Develop and deliver structured training programs for Homeowners Insurance Claims, including both live and digital formats.
- Continuously improve training materials based on performance metrics, adjuster feedback, and industry changes.
- Collaborate with claims leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning solutions.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
- Track and report on adjuster performance post-training, providing coaching support as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in field claims adjusting, ensuring training aligns with real-world scenarios.
- Oversee the use and evolution of training and claims management software platforms.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in training, onboarding, or claims management.
- Proven expertise in field adjusting and homeowners insurance claims processes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs in both live and digital formats.
- Proficiency in claims management and learning management systems (LMS).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience onboarding and managing independent adjusters.
- Familiarity with virtual training tools and e-learning authoring platforms.
- Knowledge of KPI development and performance analytics in claims environments.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
