Job Description

Our client is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant to support their financial operations with the potential to transition into a full-time role. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The role involves managing financial tasks for multiple LLCs within the medical garment and post-surgical recovery industry.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
  • Maintain financial records and general ledger entries for multiple business entities.
  • Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and monthly reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
  • Support the transition from part-time to full-time responsibilities as the role expands.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management.
  • Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks preferred) and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple entities and business structures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
