- Serve as subject matter expert for FMLA and ADA cases in partnership with the company's third-party administrator.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide leave of absence support for STD, LTD, FMLA, ADA cases for employees across multiple states and locations including union and nonunion / salaried groups.
- 1-3 years minimum Leave Management or Benefits experience in ADA and FMLA
- 1 year minimum general experience/knowledge of Federal/Local/State Leave Laws
- Intermediate Excel Skills
