Job Description

Our client, a global manufacturing company in the Holland/Zeeland area, is actively looking for Controls Technicians to join their team!
2nd and 3rd shifts available:

Shift hours are roughly:
2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm
3rd shift: 10:30pm-6:30am

Position will involve:
  • Maintaining and supporting the highly automated assembly line
  • Manipulating robots 
  • Doing basic maintenance on robots and other automated machinery
  • Supporting Controls Engineers with daily activities
  • Troubleshooting robots and 
  • Continuous improvement
  • Minimizing set up times and changeovers of tooling
  • Developing standard work instructions for tools and machines
  • Assisting with various engineering documentation

Job Requirements

Must have:
  • 2+ years of technical experience working with robots and automated systems 
  • Blueprint reading skills
  • Mechanical knowledge - basic knowledge of manufacturing machines in relation to tooling, set up and maintenance

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment. 

 

Permanent placed employees

Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
