Job Description

This role is crucial for integrating advanced automation systems, including robotics, conveyors, and custom machine building solutions, to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and execute automation projects, focusing on the integration of robotics and conveyor systems.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying expertise in automation and machine building to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in automation and robotics to drive project ownership and success.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams, including maintenance and production, to ensure the seamless implementation of automation solutions.
- Utilize Lean methodologies to enhance the efficiency of automated systems, including robotics and conveyors.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with automation goals and standards.
