Job Description
Audit Manager | Public Accounting | Tampa, FL
We're partnering with one of the largest public accounting and advisory firms in the U.S. to identify an experienced Audit Manager for its Tampa practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who wants strong client exposure, leadership responsibility, continued career growth, and the resources of a large national firm.
What You'll Do
- Manage audit and assurance engagements for commercial clients across multiple industries
- Lead, coach, and develop audit associates and senior-level team members
- Manage engagement timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client expectations
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a key point of contact throughout engagements
- Identify opportunities to improve client service and support practice growth
- Collaborate with firm leadership and cross-functional professionals
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Current CPA license required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's preferred
- Previous experience leading and developing audit professionals
- Strong audit engagement and project management experience
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110,000-$160,000
