Job Description

Our client is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Asset Recovery Manager to drive growth and excellence in their asset management and recovery division. This role is essential in supporting the company's mission to deliver top-tier recovery audit within the large corporations. As the Asset Recovery Manager, you will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with senior leadership, and leverage data-driven strategies to enhance processes and maximize client satisfaction.
100% Remote!

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Tax Director to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals through client expansion and retention strategies.
  • Design and implement efficient workflows and processes that enhance profitability and scalability within the asset recovery business segment.
  • Manage and mentor the Asset Recovery team, ensuring processes are documented, optimized, and adhered to.
  • Oversee the unclaimed property process, conducting in-depth research and pursuing open properties to ensure maximum asset recovery.
  • Engage professionally and articulately with clients, preparing relevant documentation and maintaining clear communication.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in asset recovery, supporting operational strategies and assisting the Tax Director as needed.
  • Provide leadership for the team, fostering a collaborative and feedback-oriented culture that prioritizes professional development and performance excellence.
  • Drive business segment accountability by monitoring financial and staff performance, implementing improvement initiatives as necessary.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3+years of experience with asset recovery & unclaimed property
Preferred Skills
  • A strong understanding of consultative, data-driven, and ROI-focused client relationship management.

Contract positions

Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
