Job Description
Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Administrative Coordinator for a 6 month + Contract role. Responsible for coordinating Product Field Action (PFA) Executions according to defined strategies, procedures and regulations. Serves as a member of the divisional PFA team to establish, implement, and maintain Global Regulatory and Quality processes and documents supporting our Global QMS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a customer-centric approach by ensuring that field actions are completed promptly and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Calling/emailing customers to inform them of the product field action and carrying out the strategy as defined.
- Maintain PFA Execution tracking and documentation.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience.
- Ability to work at high speed whilst maintaining high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize work assignments required.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Experienced working in a previous Regulated environment preferred.
