Job Description

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)


Provides key support for functional groups, including performance of a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data, making computations, laying out and preparing reports, processing and coding documents, and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing. Will provide help as liaison between consultants and accounts payable, helping to troubleshoot with system errors or technical questions as needed. Sets up and prepares statistical reports. Resolves discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of administrative and professional employees within and outside the organization.




Ideal candidate would bring experience around contracts/agreements execution and payment processing and data management to keep things organized. Prior experience with SAP FI/CO, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel is desirable. Prior exposure or knowledge of the healthcare/medical device industry is a plus.
