Job Description
Our client, a Global Leader in the Crop Nutrition Industry has an immediate opening for a Scale Operator for a 6-Month contract in Henderson, KY. Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!
The Industrial Support/Scale Operator will assist with general administrative support duties, data entry, and general tracking and recording of information needed relating to the day-to-day activities of the site. Activities will include:
* Monitoring and weighing trucks as they enter/leave and recording check-in/check-out data.
* Create and manage Bill of Ladings (BOL's) issued to truck drivers ensuring the BOL/Receipt of freight services is accurate and complete.
* Performing basic data entry into an Excel Spreadsheet and preparing/updating misc. reports in MS Word and MS Excel as requested.
* Department administrative support including organizing and maintaining files, proofing, and formatting correspondence.
* Assist with correspondence, e-mailing, copying, faxing, scanning, and handling confidential material.
* Manage administrative details and routine issues independently and take responsibility for completing tasks on time with high quality.

* Anticipated Overtime: Workers can anticipate some overtime of approximately 10-20 hours per week during the April-May time frame.
* Workers must be flexible and able to meet the schedules assigned.

Job Requirements
* A High School Diploma
* 2+ years of administrative or front office support or coordination experience
* Strong customer service mindset.
* Strong attention to accuracy & detail and reliability,
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
