The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our clients' finance team on a 6-month contract during a pivotal period of transition and growth. This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager and provides essential support to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial operations. You will play a hands-on role in month-end close, cash management, audit preparation, and financial reporting while collaborating closely with the broader finance team-including the CFO, Director of Finance, FP&A Manager, and Accounting Manager. This position is 100% onsite and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys contributing to a high-performing team.

What You'll Do
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Support year-end audit activities, including schedules, auditor inquiries, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with reporting processes and accounting standards, strengthening internal controls.
- Partner with FP&A to align accounting, reporting, and analysis across departments.
- Assist in developing documentation and guidelines for key accounting processes.
- Create and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and presentations.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of accounting experience, with strong general ledger and financial reporting knowledge.
- ERP experience required (NetSuite or Oracle strongly preferred).
- Background in FP&A collaboration and financial controls.
- Advanced Excel and financial data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills-able to explain financial concepts to non-finance teams.
- Cost accounting experience is a plus.
- Must be 100% onsite.
