Our client, a rapidly expanding outdoor advertising company in Central Florida, is seeking a driven Account Executive to join their high-energy, team-oriented sales group. With nearly 275 static and digital displays across the region—and more on the horizon—this is a prime opportunity to be part of a company that helps build brands through bold, attention-grabbing ad placements in high-visibility locations.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect local businesses and media buyers throughout Central Florida
- Set and attend in-person meetings with business owners, marketing leaders, and agencies
- Create customized proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client goals
- Manage an active pipeline while maintaining strong follow-through and organization
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and brainstorming sessions
- Represent the brand at networking events and industry functions
- Build long-term client relationships by delivering value and insights into outdoor advertising strategy
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales, advertising, or client-facing experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine client relationships
- Self-motivated and driven by achieving (and exceeding) sales goals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfort working both independently in the field and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, CRM tools)
Preferences
- Background in media, advertising, or marketing sales
- Knowledge of the Central Florida business landscape
- Prior experience selling OOH (out-of-home) advertising
- Familiarity with digital display advertising or signage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary: $30,000–$45,000 (commensurate with experience)
- First-year total compensation expected at $60,000+ with commissions and bonuses
- Top performers in year two and beyond can earn $80,000+
