ACD (Arbortext Content Delivery) Application Administrator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the ACD application and provide technical support to the organization 
• Monitor and maintain the ACD system, ensuring it operates at optimal performance levels 
• Develop and implement best practices for the ACD application, including disaster recovery and backup procedures 
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate the ACD application with other systems and tools 
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed 
• Participate in the design and development of new ACD features and functionality 

Requirements 

• Extensive experience with ACD version 7.2 and above (sister tool to a product development tool to windchill) 
• Strong knowledge of REST API and File Transfer protocols 
• Windchill experience *nice to have 
• More technical than engineer experience 
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server and SAML Single Sign on 
• 3 years' experience required, prefer full product lifecycle experience 
• Bachelor's Degree* must have (Preferred in computer science)
