Responsibilities
• Oversee 1st shift operations
• Supervise 20-30 indirect staff, 4-8 directs
• Manage 4 team leaders and machine techs
• Coordinate with materials staff and engineers
• Ensure CNC machines' efficient operation
• Lead rough machining
• Administer maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
