Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for finding and engaging top talent? Our global manufacturing client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a 6-month+ contract role, with a slight possibility of transition to a permanent position based on future business conditions. This role is ideal for local talent with an onsite preference of 3 days per week.
Summary:
Our client's Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced Recruiter who excels in full-cycle recruiting across various functional areas. Your mission will be to create positive and productive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the highest quality talent is brought into the organization. In this role, you will manage 12-15 salaried, direct hire requisitions, with a strong focus on building and analyzing candidate pools and advising decision-makers through an evidence-based selection process.

- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of functional areas.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting salaried professionals.
- Process-oriented with a strong understanding of structured recruitment processes.

- Responsible, dependable, and committed to delivering results.
Preferences (Not Required):
- Experience with Avature ATS.
- Background in third-party recruiting.
- Knowledge in the science of selection.
