Job Description

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)


  • Performing incoming inspection per inspection plan requirements.
  • Performing the acceptance of finished devices as the final quality release.
  • Prioritizing multiple product lines of varying speeds and volumes to ensure a steady flow of released material.
  • Identifying, documenting, segregating, evaluating, & disposition non-conforming material
  • Obtaining Return Material Authorization (RMA) and shipping material to suppliers.
  • Maintaining physical inventory and performing electronic transactions in the ERP System to account for material shipments and supplier credits/rework.
  • Maintaining compliance in a highly regulated environment for Class III medical devices following good documentation practices (GDP).
  • Identifying and leading opportunities for improvement to improve organizational efficiency.


 Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience (Inspection, material handling/coordinating, MRB, procurement).
  • Procurement experience.
  • Experience in ERP systems.
  • Experience in advance inspection of incoming materials.
  • Intermediate PC Skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,Outlook).
