Job Description
Our client, a global manufacturing company in the Holland/Zeeland area, is actively looking for Controls Technicians to join their team!
2nd and 3rd shifts available:
Shift hours are roughly:
2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm
3rd shift: 10:30pm-6:30am
Position will involve:
- Maintaining and supporting the highly automated assembly line
- Manipulating robots
- Doing basic maintenance on robots and other automated machinery
- Supporting Controls Engineers with daily activities
- Troubleshooting robots and
- Continuous improvement
- Minimizing set up times and changeovers of tooling
- Developing standard work instructions for tools and machines
- Assisting with various engineering documentation
Job Requirements
Must have:
- 2+ years of technical experience working with robots and automated systems
- Blueprint reading skills
- Mechanical knowledge - basic knowledge of manufacturing machines in relation to tooling, set up and maintenance
