Job Description
Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Sales Financial Coordinator for a 9 month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
Under minimal supervision the Finance Coordinator is expected to provide specialized sales performance management support to sales operations, sales representatives and leadership.
Access and manipulate data to processes manual sales order credits adjustments in system
- Interface with systems and interact with other teams to process territory adjustments and alignments
- Produces periodic and adhoc sales performance management reports
- Processes adhoc data from systems in support of complex analysis
- Follow standardized process and service levels ensuring high customer service
- Understands, interprets and explains detailed process information
- Prioritizes activities and tasks, adjusting priorities when appropriate
- Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate
- Maintain continual positive attitude, builds relationships and fosters teamwork and takes a lead role during adverse conditions
- Flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environment
