Job Description
Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Meeting Coordinator for a 4 month + Contract to Hire Opportunity. Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day! This is a part time 15-20 hours per week role coordinating reservations for site meeting rooms and services. Services would involved coordinating IT for meeting needs, special materials and any and all catering needs.
Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
- Responsible for coordinating and planning internal meetings and events at the Flower Mound, TX site.
- This includes the communication, scheduling, utilization, and guidelines of use for all conference rooms, commons areas and outdoor spaces.
- Additionally, this role supports the facility tour process including scheduling and booking.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience is a larger Enterprise setting support Outlook Shared calendars
- Great communications both written and verbal
- Self directed, detail oriented and driver of task individual
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Minimum High School Diploma required.
