Job Description
Ensure best-in-class service levels and response times through timely processing of order entry & product delivery for trial equipment orders.
Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
- Analyze trial requests against program guidelines; facilitate communication and escalations as-required.
- Ensure best-in-class service levels and response times through timely processing of order entry & product delivery for trial equipment orders.
- Act as initial point of escalation for Trials program orders.
- Responsible for the sales trials schedule, communicate daily to teams within the value-stream through the huddle system.
- Educate sales teams on all trials program specifics ensuring understanding of program expectations, accountability processes, and operational pathways.
- Uphold quality standards for trial equipment and processes to support Trial success.
- Compile, review, distribute, and maintain data from Oracle regarding performance of Trials.
- Provide analysis of Trial and Field Asset data as required.
- Analyze sales representative order trends and feedback; proactively escalate issues impacting the business and represent the voice of the sales representative.
- Investigate inventory transactions throughout Field Asset value stream to ensure accuracy.
- Partner with team in the field to facilitate the timely return of all products.
- Has the ability to research, analyze, and make an independent decision on best pathway(s) to move forward on a request.
- Escalates issues to ProCare and Sales Leadership as needed.
- Communicate specific details on delinquent field assets with department as well as both internal and external customers as required.
- Responsible for entering orders to both ship and receive units.
- Use system generated reports to aid in decision making.
- Meet best-in-class response times for emails.
- Foster the cultural discipline for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities & implementing solutions to improve product quality & process efficiency, reduce waste & drive team engagement.
Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
Permanent placed employees
Paid by and qualify for benefits in accordance with the policies of the hiring company.
