Technical Administrative Specialist
Our Client, a Public Utility that provides natural gas and electricity to the majority of Michigan s 10 million residents is seeking a talented and self-driven individual for needs serving in the role of Technical Administrative Specialist
The general nature of this job would be to perform standard analytical and administrative tasks associated with Fleet Services business processes. The scope of responsibility requires the individual to assimilate data from various sources, analyze and correct the integrity of the data. The work will be varied in nature, applying skills such as analysis, planning, design, coordination and communication with Fleet Services.
SAP Knowledge - Use in reporting and data analysis
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office software Use in reporting and data analysis
Skilled in customer interaction Collaboration with internal / external Fleet customers to provide complete and accurate information
Balancing competing priorities Meeting and adapting to the needs of our Fleet customers
Organize and deliver information appropriately Meeting time bound commitments
Cooperation within the Fleet and DCO organizations Maintaining needs and satisfaction
Communicate effectively - Essential to express ideas effectively throughout the Fleet and internal organizations
Listening ability Necessary to determine customers needs and respond accordingly
Analytical Skills / Problem solving abilities - Must consider all pertinent facts and alternatives before deciding on the most appropriate action
Freshman year of college completed. Students within Heavy Equipment or Automotive Management programs preferred.
