Our client, a Global Leader in the Consumer Appliance Industry has an immediate opening for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 1 Year + Contract. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates (makes recommendations for hires)
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers (if needed)
Following up on the interview process status
Communicating information and benefits during screening process
Continue to track applicant through the process (drug test, background, New Hire paperwork)
Contact for New Hire orientation
Full cycle recruiting (from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing through to offering)
Supports recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels.
Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants. Screens and refers qualified applicants.
Corresponds with job applicants to notify them of opportunities.
Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
Other duties as required
Must Have Skills:
Associate s degree preferred, but not required
1 year of recruiting experience
Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred
Prior experience with recruiting software a plus
Excellent communication skills
Effective listening skills
Ability to multitask
