The role of the System Administrator is to maintain our company' s systems and manage technical projects in addition to providing support to end users within client for all technology needs.
: Continually evaluate long-term strategic infrastructure plan and look for areas of improvement in order to reduce downtime and ensure our technology is keeping up with our company growth
: Manage assigned projects as far as needs analysis, design, build, testing, training, documentation, and administration, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
: Support, maintain, and patch all client systems in addition to providing disaster management assistance
: Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors for both hardware and software services
: Monitor and quickly respond to escalated issues from technical support specialists while finding opportunities to train team and end users
Desired Skills & Experience...
: A strong understanding of IP Networks including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
: A strong background in troubleshooting Active Directory, servers and ShoreTel devices
: Experience with proactive IT management, monitoring and logging software
: Direct Cisco networking experience is a plus
: 3-5 years of experience working with VMware, Zerto, Veeam, and Meraki
: Excellent organization and communication skills
: Enthusiasm to bring ideas and innovation to the team
