Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Document Control Coordinator for a 12 Month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

Analyzes and reconciles accounts. Prepares and annotates variance reports. Works with operating plans to create supporting financial forecasts and budgets. Performs research to understand the accounting consequences of alternative approaches. Role requires a thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present financial analysis to management. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word software and have a working knowledge of popular financial management applications.

This contractor will split their time by supporting three projects in different capacities
o 1 project will be focused on demand planning and forecasting for the service parts business. For this role experience in ERP systems, ForecastPro and experience in product lifestyle management will be important.
o Another project will be to support inventory management for the service parts. Business. This role will be responsible for data cleansing, inventory management and other tasks associated with transitioning to SAP from AS400 including cycle counts, warehouse maintenance, order creation, inventory maintenance, material handling. Contractor will also be responsible for Demand planning and forecasting for service parts. This role requires a highly detail oriented individual as they will be responsible for inventory management. Cutting repair work orders to ensure they have the right amount of each product available.
o A 3rd project will require expertise in Excel, Macros, and Visual basic, this project will involve converting existing manuals to an electronic spreadsheet. Validation will be done by a 3rd party, but and understanding of spreadsheet validation would be a plus.

Experience in ERP systems A MUST-- they will be working in AS400.
Customer service oriented
Detail Oriented
Expertise in Excel and complimentary programs
Bachelor degree in supply chain, information systems, or business related field.
Experience with Forecasting/demanding planning
Experience with Product Life cycle Management Flexibility, collaboration, and relationship building/management are key traits for this role.
