Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Sr. Clinical Program Manager Digital Products for a 6 month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

Using your technical/clinical/business background, this role will help gather clinical and market insights and provide voice of customer for Digital Products and Platforms.

The selected individual will collaborate with R&D and Commercial teams in the US to introduce and evaluate new technology solutions to support the innovation goals of our client and their Globally known Medical Devices. The individual will help develop and manage business partnerships across business units to formulate customer facing technology strategies in alignment with divisional business objectives.

Help developing the DPS strategy in alignment with our client and their business commercial needs

Ensuring full understanding with US universities / partners to help drive successful projects outcome to deliver on digital product goals
Responsible for digital product and platform planning within the US
Liaising / responsible for working with internal and external parties on key initiatives
Responsible for planning, driving new product ideas, development through to execution with a wider team within the constructs of an innovation project. This means research if/as needed, understanding in detail the problem this would solve, assisting with business case and commercial plan development, and leading projects with business partners
Assist as needed with requirements gathering and specific use cases to help to manage the progress of concept development, proof of concept, and build opportunities
Work with technical teams on various projects ensuring resources are aligned
Work through the successful completion of products, programs and platforms
Interface in the areas pertaining to clinical areas by leveraging experience
Work closely with Business Development partners, R&D, and Commercial teams to help research, shape, build and drive healthcare technology solutions from concept through implementation
Continue to look at the future trend in the digital market, while also creating the future trends
Develop strong partnerships with business partners

Requirements

Bachelors degree required Life Sciences/Computer Science
Masters degree preferred in Healthcare, Clinical sciences or Technology
Clinical experience in medical device or other healthcare specialty area highly preferred
Track record of successful implementations in a matrixed organization.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience including baseline clinical knowledge and extensive knowledge of medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products, Regulatory Standards, and IS requirements
Experience, working with internal and external cross-divisional team members.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on hard work, collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control
Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities, projects
Experience working with external healthcare partners, SMEs
Experience working with contract negotiations
Demonstrated ability to facilitate innovation of new solutions and services that meet customer needs
Ability to use knowledge and background to research, design and develop innovative solutions for DPS and our customers
