Sr. Business Analyst E-Commerce
: Reports to IT Director.
: Extensive interaction with IT management and other team members.
: Extensive interaction with customers throughout the company.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions):
: Provide direction to all Business Analysts - eCommerce and Business Analyst Junior - eCommerce
: Provide direction and review the documents created by the Business Process Enablement team
: Responsible for all BRD (Business Requirements documents) created by the entire team. Ensure high quality by all associates creating the documents.
: Define eCommerce Customer experience/UI, navigation and search optimization, storefront merchandising, check out funnel, wishlist, online account management, affiliate program, payment options, storefront fulfillment (DC, In Store and Drop Ship), in-store kiosk, loyalty program and customer care business requirements and end-to-end process integration (order, price, inventory, product, fulfillment, and returns management) to ensure exceptional Customer Omni-channel Experience.
: Work with the business to change the business process as needed in conjunction with the BRD
: Elicit and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
: Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
: Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: use cases, mockups, wireframes, business rules, workflows.
: Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
: Strong Project Management skills required, including defining deliverables, managing scope and tracking progress.
: Train and support the user community on all aspects of system use within the context of the defined business process and objectives.
: Lead the business in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of all releases to production. Walk the business through what needs to be tested and ensure they test and signoff on the release before and after the release.
: Review competitor sites to bring forth the best practice considerations for any enhancements being considered
: Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
: Perform other duties as assigned.
GENERAL AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
: Provide direction to Business Analysts - eCommerce, Business Analyst Junior - eCommerce
: Provide direction to business Enablement Team
: Bachelor' s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
: A minimum of 3-5 years of Apparel Retail experience and eCommerce experience.
: A minimum of 5 years of business analyst experience
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Proficiency in Axure, InVision, MS Project, Access and SQL are a plus.
: Experience working with a structured methodology such as waterfall, RUP, and agile software development process preferred.
: Experience with retailers running their ecommerce business on a Websphere Commerce, Episerver platform is a plus. Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
: Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
: Strong categorization/information organization skills.
: Must be able to work well in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
