Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
Under minimal supervision ensures that customers and sales representatives receive World Class support by handling a variety of post-sales customer support functions.
Receive incoming customer calls requiring the following type of job functions.
Opening customer repair and loaner orders.
Status updates of a customer s or Sales Representative s orders.
In-house contact for customer and Sales Representative regarding pricing, scheduling and shipping of product.
Redirect calls to appropriate company contacts as necessary.
Determine if the product malfunctioned based on customer feedback.
Ask the customer the routine qualifying questions regarding the malfunction and enter the detailed responses in the ERP system.
Initiate contact with customers and Sales Representatives, as necessary, to facilitate the repair and loaner process
