The Sales Support Coordinator will be integral to driving online sales by ensuring that our client has the best digital presentation possible that aligns with a specific brand marketing message. Coordination between Sales, Marketing & the trade customers to execute a plan will be the main focus of this role. Analyzing the business processes and requests for the delivery of the data to websites, National Account extracts and other activities, and other designated outputs is a large part of the role. This work will be a bridge between the source master data and the targeted systems. Interactions between this role and the business requestor and the information systems professionals will be a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

Efficiently audit existing .Com presentation for product accuracy
Review products for consistency with descriptions, features, specifications, images and documents.
Transfer information from spreadsheets, websites or other formats and release to customer systems. .This transformation will be based upon established standards.
Identify opportunities for enhancements and enrichments of websites
Work with new trade customers to onboard Gladiator product following trade requirements
Define and create a detailed process by trade customer for SKU onboarding
Leverage Brand content, images, videos and other assets to create a robust presentation on Trade Customer website
Foster a relationship with each Trade customer s digital marketing contact to align common goals
Obtain a thorough understanding of Trade Customer s capabilities and objectives for online content and marketing
Work collaboratively to improve online presentation and overall user experience which drives traffic and increases conversion to the brand
Constantly audit sites to ensure brand digital assets are being employed to their fullest potential
Work closely with our brand marketing team to provide needed customer attributes that may need to be added to our digital library

Requirements

Education - Bachelor' s Degree in Marketing or Business preferred but not required.

Excel/Google Sheets - must be able to perform VLook Ups and Pivot Tables and manage large spreadsheets

Excellent interpersonal skills and high energy to thrive in a dynamic environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes and concepts in easy to understand language

Flexibility to travel to trade customer and/or marketing agency locations several times a year
Excellent analytical abilities and organization skills

Proven thought leadership capabilities, creative thinking skills, ability to drive change
Strong consumer focus

Experience in the following preferred: Administrative support experience, Sales, Website support, Data processing, Vendor/Customer experience with other collaboratively
