Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator for a 12 Month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
Provide overall project direction as related to schedule, cost, performance, and resources. Will develop project plans including task lists, GANTT or PERT chart.
Will develop functional specifications that fully define project and product. Including cost, performance criteria, scope, capital equipment request/justification.
Will develop and direct project resources.
This role will be key for our client assisting various divisional SAP/ERP implementation including but not limited to Project Plan build out, scheduling, reporting, planning and task assignment.
Will periodically provide progress report to other functional areas of the company affected by the project.
Will monitor and control project timelines, costs, resources, providing development and guidance for assigned Co-op/Intern/Technician/Engineer.
Developing and conducting Co-op/Intern/Technician/Engineer performance appraisals.
Bachelor s degree required
Expertise in Microsoft Project and Sharepoint required
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) highly desired
Experience in Larger Enterprise SAP ERP Implementations highly desired.
