Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Order & Inventory Control Coordinator for a 6 Month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

In this roll, the selected Candidates must be able to hit the ground running. There will be training however they must be able to pick things up quickly as they are dealing with short timelines. After training is completed, the selected individuals will Pull inventories, Quoting out of SFDC, Pull repair histories and run value analysis, Respond to all approvals in the approval que, Pull expiration reports, Cleansing the Customer Text data, SN upload from the text cleanse, Cleansing active contracts, Identifying all features and options on all current contracts, Order Credit cleanse, SOM flag flipping, Reformatting all non PRMS data points to prep for upload.

Basic Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience with similar activities is ideal.
High School Diploma required. Further education would be great.

Top 3 must haves
1. Detail orientation
2. Analytical skills and the ability to analyze data
3. Efficient and effective pc skills with the ability to work with old and new software packages.

Top 3 Desired Skills
1. Independent judgement
2. Experience in SAP, SFDC, and PRMS/ AS400
3. Ability to spend a large amount of time looking at and scrubbing data.
