Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Inventory / Service Control Specialist for a 12 Month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

Complete ownership of marketing s involvement of the central trial process including email management, app support, checking in of returned product, app education and retraining, inventory management, process management, analytics, service partnership, and new product integration.

Email management
Initiate and respond to all emails including emails to and from Service, CXC, Distribution, Sales Reps and Regional Managers
o Send out weekly email with upcoming orders to Service and CXC
Accountability for return equipment
o Follow up communications around delinquent kits
o Communication around missing parts
Rep questions
o Editing info in reservations (change dates or add equipment to request)
o Rep unable to put in a request and needs an internal override
o Troubleshooting/User questions
o Tracking (shipments and returns)
o Answering questions around equipment included in kits
Request enforcer: keeping the requests in line with what we can support (not ordering more than 4 kits, not reserving equipment more than 30 days, etc.)
Process trouble shooting
o A la carte issues
o Order entry issues
o Shipment issues
o Product availability issues
Training for reps
App Support
Testing upgrades
Coordination with app developer: fixes and improvements
Product availability issues
Account set up
Product ads
Checking in of returned product
Pull returns report daily
Identify service status of product
Determine what action needs to be taken
o Check in complete orders on the app or
o Initiate appropriate escalation for incomplete or incorrect kit return
App education and retraining
As the system changes and new reps are hired
Inventory Management
Ordering replacements for Service team (partner with samples coordinator)
Charging reps for missing products (partner with finance and samples coordinator)
Executing penalties listed in warning emails
Ordering new products for the sample pool
Overall trial pool size
o Partner with Brand Managers to make sure we are meeting customer needs
PLCM of trial pool product
Annual audit of inventory
Budget Management- tracking spend monthly
New product expansion (adding new products into the pool)
Escalation to Sample Coordinator for actual ordering/converting product
Overall trial pool activity (upcoming, in progress, completed)
Delinquent trending
Trending trials to sales
Process Management
Process improvement identification and execution
New Product integration
Partner with BU Marketing as new products come to market
Understand demand and demand signals
Service Partnership
Product documents, testing, process
Service line integration
New Product integration
Partner with BU Marketing as new products come to market
Understand demand and demand signals.


1-3 years of professional experience in a similar process management/coordination role
4-year degree(Bachelors)
