Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner oversees, coordinates and administrates various human resource functions such as recruiting and selection, employee relations activities, training and development, EEO/AA planning as well as functional area research and/or developmental projects.
: Will coordinate and administer the recruiting and selection system within the division and ensure regulatory compliance in a timely and cost-effective manner.
: Will assist in the interpretation and administration of company policies and guidelines and will advise and counsel others in equitable application.
: Will maintain constant and effective involvement in employee relations activities taking a leadership role as appropriate.
: Will be responsible of support the Common Annual Performance Review Process for the company.
: Will be responsible for enforcing employee development through the effective administration of the Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.
: Will coordinate for and assist in the training of both exempt and non-exempt employees.
: Will assist in the compilation and preparation of confidential reports, statistics, graphs and files for the Human Resource function.
: Will coordinate and administrate various employment related systems within the division (e.G. Unemployment compensation response, EEO/AA, job descriptions/analysis, etc.)
: Will plan, evaluate, research and recommend systemic and process improvements for the Human Resource function.
: Will develops and presents orientation of Human resources policies for new hires
: Will submit periodic reports on assigned topics to supervisor.
: Will maintain the active and inactive employee files
: Will support motivation and recognition programs and activities for employees.
: May fill out employee documents such as Department of Labor Request for Earnings Information Forms, Welfare, Section 8 forms and employee verifications.
: Will manage the I-9 process for compliance under the Immigration Act.
: May coordinate and evaluate the activities of one or more non-exempt employees
Requirements

: Bachelor' s degree in business with an emphasis in human resources or equivalent experience
: 5+ years human resources or related experience
: Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred
: Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
: Excellent analytical and organizational skills
