Global Financial Analyst
Florida, Lakeland-Winter Haven
This position will support management in reaching financial and strategic objectives by developing monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning, consolidating reporting, analyzing variances from plan, and providing alternatives and analysis of operational performance across our global operating companies.
: Coordinate Annual Operating Plan
: Review financial annual operating plans prepared by operating companies, review for reasonableness, consolidate company and location plans into consolidated reports and present to division and CFO
: Support and provide communication with the various business locations in the monthly and quarterly forecasting and annual operating plan processes.
: Prepare long range pro forma financial for strategic and long-range planning
: Coordinate monthly preparation of Business Performance Report and review results and variances with each business Manager and Financial leader, President and CFO
: Create the Monthly Performance Review for executive management and review with Division President and CFO
: Support and coordinate month, quarter and year end reporting activities
: Maintains reporting for critical areas (pricing, material cost increases, sourcing savings, capital spending) and coordinates with leaders for those areas (pricing, sourcing, RCI)
: Investigate and explain variances to forecast and plan
: Look for opportunities to improve performance and communicate with the businesses
: Provide financial analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities (capital spending, restructuring, acquisitions). Ensure investment assumptions are well reasoned and that the investments meet Corporate requirements.
: Respond and coordinate responses with the businesses to request from Management and Corporate groups (Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, etc.) in an accurate and timely manner
: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to develop strong business relationships and provide functional leadership even though all players do not report directly to this position.
: Above average written and oral communication skills
: Disciplined work ethic, detail oriented and well organized
: Ability to work across cultures and functions seamlessly. International travel required.
: Bachelor' s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
: Certified Public Accountant desired
: Requires 5 - 10 years of experience preferably within an industrial products industry or public accounting firm
: Experienced in large ERP systems and reporting systems such as Khalix or Hyperion
