Electronic Billing Coordinator
The Electronic Billing Coordinator is responsible for the efficient, timely, and accurate processing of electronic bills, traditional bills, maintenance of ebilling clients, and will work closely with the Director of Accounting and Attorneys to make sure deadlines are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
: Coordinate and maintain monthly billing for assigned Attorneys
: Prepare prebills for assigned Attorneys

: Process edits, write offs, transfers and other time and expense adjustments

: Review time entries to ensure proper rates are reflected

: Ability to execute complex bills in a timely manner

: Review new and updated billing guidelines to ensure proper compliance to specified guidelines

: Ensure that bills are submitted promptly through the client ebilling systems and follow up on rejections and reductions for appeal

: Enter client accruals, budgets and rates into ebilling systems as necessary

: Prepare monthly reminder statements as requested

: Prepare miscellaneous reports on billing history, outstanding A/R and WIP and other reports as requested by Attorney or Secretary.

: Provide excellent customer service; maintain a positive and professional attitude as well as positive and cooperative relationship with legal staff, peers and administrators as well as when interacting by phone or in person with the firm' s clients and external contacts

Requirements:

: Minimum of three years' legal billing and electronic billing experience.
: Motivated, organized, self-starter and able to prioritize workload, multitask and work independently.

: Experience with Aderant, Elite, ebilling Hub and ebilling vendor platforms

: Accuracy and attention to detail

: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and other MS Office products
