Customer Service Representative
Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative for a 6 Month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
Shift hours are 8: 00am-5: 00pm
Manages all aspects of Intercompany order management. Will need to be able to communicate well via phone and email. Multilingual and experience in JDE or AS400 is a plus. Requires research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
