* Document and maintain customer information in companies CRM database

* Work with clients and Sales Representatives to identify and define the requirements, scope, and objectives of new and revised projects

* Work with clients and internal staff to coordinate schedules and resources for successful project execution and completion

* Monitor project progress, handle issues as they arise, and communicate this information appropriately to the client, Sales Representative and/or other staff as necessary

* Provide support to internal staff regarding the product quality expectations of the client; know what is acceptable and what is not acceptable from the customer s perspective

* Anticipate client expectations and feedback and be prepared to respond

* Setup Finished Goods items within our ERP database and will be responsible for the accuracy of all information maintained within the item setup, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routes (equipment, tooling, and processes)

* Create new production orders for the manufacturing process and communicate all necessary information through the Job Ticket and/or other electronic means

* Manage customer contracts, such as Vendor Managed Inventory programs and warehousing agreements to ensure client satisfaction and properly manage acceptable inventory levels and product aging
