Customer Care Representative
Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a Customer Care Representative for a 12 Month + Contract. Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
Manages all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
2-5 Years experience required.
Main focus of this role will be assisting to close out all open orders on a weekly basis by calling/emailing customers. End of month close is crucial to our clients business.
