The Controller manages various accounting functions including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, revenue and asset account as well as associated analysis and reporting.

Job Duties
Ensure compliance with GAAP
General ledger
Work with new HRMS system to create the GL export file
Journal entries
Budgeting and forecasting
Cash management
Manage the A/P department and ensure payments are reviewed, accurate, and up to date
Fixed assets
Monthly financial statements
Maintain Accounting Systems
Analyze expenditures and make recommendations
Bank statement reconciliations
Company credit cards
Manage the Concur expense reporting system and review expense reports
Analyzes and reports cost variances
Assist in the development and implementation improved processes for financial reporting
Oversee month end closing process and ensure timely completion
Quarterly financial reporting
Attend and contribute to weekly KPI meetings
Maintain your CPA through continued education opportunities
All other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Working knowledge and everyday use of technology including but not limited to email, phones, internet, MS Word, MS Excel, BisTrack, WMS, & ADP
